Eh, i agree with slipz and link. I LEFT 1 comment one 2 videos of yours, tons of advice you could use. Also, take more time making animation. I started not too long ago, and i'm not too good myself, but i do know you need to take more time, and make it smoother. Use the FPS that YOU need. It doesn't always have to be 33 -.-
I use 25, because 33 makes it WAY too fast. Eh, use whatever makes it look closest to the original madness series (watch it, you gain knowledge).
